Officials say that there is a shortage of regular trainers in ITIs in the state. Every year, the institute has been trying to overcome this deficiency by recruiting guest speakers. Such guest spokespersons are being paid honorarium at the fixed government rate. After direct recruitment, such trainers will get permanent government jobs. At the same time, the institutes will also get regular trainers.
